How To Earn Klik-Six.com Reward Points

Start accumulating reward points by simply following the instructions below:

1. Offline Booking
  Guestroom Reservation
Book your guestroom using Corporate, Public or Group Rates.

Event Reservation
Book your event, ensure that your Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID is indicated in the final contract for the event.

Points will be awarded for pre-qualified event reservations base on qualifying rates and dates, as approved by Director of Events.
 
2. Online Booking
  If you are online booking, please make sure before submitting your guestroom reservations at the reservations page indicate, in the SPECIAL REQUESTS box your Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID to be recognised for reward points accumulation. Before submitting your event reservation, indicate in the BOOKER ID box, your Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID to be recognised for reward points accumulation and before submitting your event reservation, indicate in the BOOKER ID box, your Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID to be recognised for reward points accumulation. Your Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID must also be submitted with Event Enquiry in the designated field on the Event Enquiry Form via www.klik-six.com.
 
3. You will be credited reward points in your member’s booker account when paid event and guestroom reservations have materialised. For event booking points will be credited to your account within 30 days upon receipt of full payment. Points are given as follows:

Every RMB100 = 2 Points
(Excluding service charge, F&B and other revenue)
- Points for guestroom accommodation are awarded base on the paid guestroom type excluding any complimentary upgrades or upgrade benefits. In the event of a guestroom upgrade, points awarded are based on initial room category booked.

Event Reservation
Catering Spend
First RMB100 = 1 Point (Excluding events held in F&B outlets and service charge)
(Maximum for one event is 1000 Points)

On-line Booking
On-line Rooms Booking Double Points
Every RMB100 = 4 Points

The Double Points Privilege can’t be used twice at the same time.

General
- In the event of a rebate, calculations will be based on final figures after deduction rebates.
- Accumulation of points starts from the date the member’s booker account ID is approved.
- Event and guestroom reservations will not be eligible for points if the member’s booker account is not provided when booking is made.
- The Hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease the qualifying point rates without prior notice.
- Event reservations will not be eligible for points if it has not been pre-qualified and the clause for awarding of points is not included in the final Contract
How to Make Redemption of Rewards

Reward item/s in the rewards gallery can be redeemed when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member’s point summary.

Individual redemption:
Please login onto www.klik-six.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Upon submission of redemption, please allow 30 working days to process and receive advise on the collection date of the reward item/s from the Hotel’s Loyalty Centre.

Corporate redemption:
Please contact the Account Manager to consolidate and process the group point summary and identify reward item/s for redemption.

- Points redeemed will be deducted automatically from a member’s booker account once the points have been redeemed.
- Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- A copy of the member’s Identification Card (for Chinese Nationals) or Passport (for Non-Chinese Nationals) must be submitted to the Loyalty Centre for processing of the redemption.
Terms & Conditions

Definitions

1.1 "Company" means Shangri-La Hotel Limited having its Registered Office at 9 Xiang Gang Zhong Lu, Qingdao, 266071, P.R. China.

1.2 "Hotel" means Shangri-La Qingdao located at 9 Xiang Gang Zhong Lu, Qingdao, 266071, P.R. China.

1.3 "Programme" means the Klik-Six.com web-based membership program launched by the Company, to reward QUALIFIED loyal bookers who make event and guestroom reservations to Shangri-La Qingdao. Reward points are awarded when the paid qualified event and room reservations have materialised.

1.4 "Member" means the person to whom a Klik-Six.com member’s booker account ID is issued by the Company subject to the Terms and Conditions.

1.5 "Booker Account" is Klik-Six.com authorized member’s booker account ID and password required when making event and guestroom reservations. It is required and for login and access to the member’s account details and points summary online for rewards redemptions in www.klik-six.com

1.6 "Klik-Six.com Reward Points" or "Points" shall mean the points credited to the member’s booker account ID, based on paid materialised qualified event and guestroom reservations Shangri-La Qingdao.

1.7 "Point Summary" means reward points accumulated as referred to in item 1.6. Reward points in the point summary have an expiry date, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

1.8 Online booking , member’s booker account ID must be indicated in the “SPECIAL REQUEST BOX” in www.shangri-la.com or “BOOKER ID BOX” in www.klik-six.com, when making event and guestroom reservations. Failure to do so will mean that no points will be credited for the particular reservation made.

1.9 "Merchant" is an individual, firm or company engaged in the business of selling and providing goods and/or services featured in the online Klik-Six.com rewards gallery, including the Hotel.

1.10 "Reward" or "Reward Item" applies to the Reward/Privilege/Benefit/Merchandise featured in the Klik-Six.com rewards gallery, issued by the Company to the member by redemption using the reward points accumulated in the member’s booker account.

1.11 "Rewards Gallery" applies to the online list of reward items published in Klik-Six.com that is maintained and updated by the Company.

1.12 "Reward Voucher or Redemption Voucher" applies to the voucher issued by the Company to the member for the purpose of claiming the reward based upon the reward points accumulated in the member’s booker account.

1.13 "Loyalty Centre" shall refer to the office at the Hotel administering the Klik-Six.com membership programme for the Company.

1.14 Words referring to the male gender shall include the female gender and words referring to the singular number shall include the plural number and vice versa.

Eligibility / Participation

2.1 Participation in the membership programme ONLY requires the participating member to maintain a member’s booker account with the Company.

2.2 The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue member’s booker account to members who have previously held a member’s booker account with the Company under a similar programme managed by it, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions imposed by the Company.

2.3 The Company shall have the right to cancel any such member’s booker account issued by it due to an apparent error and forfeit all reward points that may have been credited to the member’s booker account.

2.4 Eligibility is as follows:
Guestroom Booking
Any individual or company that requires hotel accommodation at Shangri-La Qingdao and makes guestroom reservations, including authorised individuals of companies with contracted rates with Shangri-La Qingdao, are eligible to be a member of the Klik-Six.com membership programme.

Event Booking
Pre-qualified individual or company that has potential to make reservations for in-house events made to the Shangri-La Qingdao under the following market segments:
1) Single event or ad hoc event with a minimum of 100 covers per event.
2) Individual or company with potential for two or more in-house event or catering bookings annually.

2.5 There are two types of membership:
Individual Membership: One or several individuals from a company that makes event and guestroom reservations who redeem rewards from accumulated points in the member’s booker account.
Corporate Membership: One or several individuals from a company that make event and guestroom reservations, with points credited to the company and only one authorised individual is allowed to redeem rewards on behalf of the company.

Membership to Klik-Six.com is at the discretion of the Hotel and shall be qualified on an annual basis.

2.6 The Company shall issue the member’s booker account to the applicant only if the application is fully completed in all respects and accepted by the Company.

2.7 Notwithstanding anything herein, the Company reserves the right to refuse any applicant from participating in the membership programme with or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

2.8 The membership programme is valid only at Shangri-La Qingdao.

2.9 Renewal of membership is at the discretion of the Company.

KLIK-SIX.COM Rewards Points

3.1 Klik-six.com reward points will be awarded to the member, based on:
Guestroom Reservations
paid materialised guestroom reservations made at Corporate, Public or Group Rates according to the Terms and Conditions.

Event Reservations
paid materialised QUALIFIED event reservations made at qualifying rates and dates t according to the Terms and Conditions. All event reservations will be reviewed and pre-qualified for approval by Director of Sales (Corporate and MICE) and Director of Events for reward for points to avail.

3.2 Reward points will start to be credited to the member’s booker account from the date the member’s booker account ID is approved. Reward points are given as follows:

3.3 Reward points expire based on the following criteria:
- For memberships approved between 1 January and 30 June of any given year, reward points will expire after 31 March of the following year.
- For memberships approved between 1 July and 31 December of any given year, reward points will expire after 30 September of the following year.

Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice to the member as indicted on the above dates.

3.4 The Company may award special bonus points for certain event and guestroom reservations to members taking part in special promotions organised by the Hotel, on fulfilment of specific conditions pertaining to the special promotion.

3.5 The Company shall have the right to disallow Klik-Six.com reward points awarded in conjunction with any other promotion organised by the Company which may or may not involve special monetary discounts and/or other privileges.

3.6 Klik-Six.com reward points shall have no cash or monetary or other value except as provided herein.

3.7 The Company will not be liable for any error or delay in the updating of details of the member's booker account for reasons not directly caused by the Company, including but not limited to any loss of accumulated points or any loss suffered due to a breakdown, failure of machinery, processor, computer hardware & software failures and communication and interfacing failures etc.

3.8 The Company shall have absolute right to close any guestrooms or function rooms in the Hotel for the purpose of renovation and/or redesigning and/or for any other reasons, temporarily or permanently.

Redemption of KLIK-SIX.COM Rewards Points

4.1 To make a selection of the rewards, the member may view the online rewards gallery at www.klik-six.com. Rewards redemption can be made when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member’s point summary.

Individual redemption: Please login onto www.klik-six.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Upon submission of redemption, please allow 30 working days to process and receive advise on the collection date of the reward item/s from the Hotel’s Loyalty Centre.

4.2 A member may redeem any number of Klik-Six.com rewards with the reward points awarded. Reward points will be deducted from the member’s booker account when rewards redemption is made.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to update or replace the reward items in the online rewards gallery with another of similar value as may be determined by the Company. The Company shall have the absolute right to change and vary the rewards and the members are advised to always refer to the Klik-Six.com rewards gallery for the latest update of the rewards to avoid any disappointment.

4.4 Redemption of Klik-Six.com reward points for rewards is subject to availability of rewards on a first-come-first-served basis.

4.5 Redeemed rewards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or for another reward. Once redemption is made and confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.

4.6 To redeem a reward, the member must present a copy of the member's Identification Card (for Chinese Nationals) or Passport (for Non-Chinese Nationals).

4.7 The Company makes no product representation or warranty, explicit or implied, and hereby disclaims any and all liability, concerning the quality, condition, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for use of the products and services provided in the membership programme. The Company will not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by the members and/or third parties as a result of use and enjoyment of any reward.

4.8 Upon issuance of the reward item or the reward voucher, the number of Klik-Six.com reward points required for the reward that has been redeemed as stated in the current online rewards gallery, shall be deducted from the member’s booker account in making that redemption.

Issuance and Use of Reward Voucher

5.1 Upon receipt of the redemption form or notification via the website and subject to eligibility, reward vouchers specifying the reward or reward items as selected by the member will be issued to the member within ten to fifteen (10-15) working days.

5.2 Use of the reward voucher is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the reward voucher. The reward voucher must be utilised within the period specified on it.

5.3 A reward voucher or reward items, which has been issued to the member, is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or for another reward. Once redemption is made and confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.

5.4 Rewards in the form of vouchers cannot be used to purchase any item that is on sale, special offer or used in conjunction with any other discount, membership or privilege card, offer voucher or similar scheme unless the member is informed by the relevant participating merchant or the Company.

5.5 If the redemption of rewards is in the form of dining and room vouchers, issuance of such vouchers do not constitute a reservation. The member is responsible for making reservations at the participating outlets at the Hotel or notifying the participating merchant of the redemption.

5.6 For purchases exceeding the face value indicated on the reward voucher, the member must pay the shortfall at the member’s own expense.

5.7 There will be no refund of the difference by the Company or any participating merchant if the reward voucher value is higher than the value of goods or services purchased.

5.8 The Company will not replace any reward voucher, which has been lost, defaced, torn, damaged or stolen, for whatever reason.
Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

6.1 Company will declare expiry dates for the validity of Klik-Six.com rewards and publish such dates on the Klik-Six.com website, and all members need to redeem their points before the expiry dates. In such an event, the Klik-Six.com reward points accumulated in a member’s booker account shall no longer be valid for redeeming any reward after the expiry of the reward points.

6.2 The Company reserves the right and at any time at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or notice, to:
a) Vary, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions in such manner as the Company thinks fit, and the member shall be bound by such change and shall not be entitled to payment of any compensation whatsoever;
b) Terminate the membership programme, or withdraw, cancel or invalidate any reward without liability and the member shall be bound by such termination and shall not be entitled to payment of any compensation whatsoever.

6.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the membership programme and/or the rewards, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

6.4 The member participation in the membership programme, including without limitation, the awarding and redemption of Klik-Six.com reward points and the use of reward vouchers, shall be governed by:
a) The Terms and Conditions stated in the Klik-Six.com website;
b) The Terms and Conditions stated in the reward voucher or any document issued by the Company;
c) Any other Terms and Conditions as may be stipulated by the respective participating merchants or third party operators, service providers or suppliers engaged by the Company to provide the rewards featured in this membership programme.

6.5 Any abuse or fraud in respect of the award or redemption of Klik-Six.com reward points may result in cancellation of the accrued Klik-Six.com rewards points and any reward voucher already issued.

6.6 The Company shall not be liable if it is unable to perform its obligations under the Terms and Conditions, due directly or indirectly, to the failure of any machine or communication system, industrial dispute, war, Act of God or anything beyond the control of the Company.

6.7 The awarding of the Klik-Six.com reward points shall be entirely at the discretion of the Company and the Company shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by the member in relation to or in connection with the membership programme and/or the rewards and/or the goods, services, privileges, rights and merchandise provided by the merchants and the vendors of the reward.

6.8 The member hereby authorises the Company to disclose information about the member and the member account to third parties for the purposes of the membership programme.

6.9 The Company records of all matters relating to the membership programme shall be conclusive and binding on the member.

6.10 The Company decision on all matters relating to the membership programme shall be final and binding on the member and no correspondence shall be entertained.
